Job Description: Telesales Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive with at least one year of experience in sales or customer support. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support:
   • Address customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
   • Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
2. Sales Efforts:
   • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
   • Meet or exceed individual sales targets consistently.
3. Follow-Up Calls:
   • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
4. Record Maintenance:
   • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and purchase information.
5. Product Promotion:
   • Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Complaint Management:
   • Identify and document recurring complaints and communicate them to relevant teams.
7. Reporting:
   • Prepare regular sales reports to track performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
