Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Pan India
Salary: 30,000/month

Objectives of This Role

  • Develop, execute, and manage a business strategy that emphasizes growth and enhances customer satisfaction in the B2B sector.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Utilize financial analysis techniques to improve sales revenue and performance in B2B transactions.
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Track all business-related invoices and ensure timely processing.
  • Train and mentor sales professionals to enhance their skills and effectiveness in B2B interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive industry research to develop effective B2B sales solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Promote DPJ Hub’s products and services to prospective business clients, highlighting their value and relevance.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to provide updates to key stakeholders on B2B initiatives.
  • Offer continuous, constructive feedback to sales team members to support their development in B2B contexts.
  • Review sales contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards in B2B agreements.
  • Engage with clients and promptly address inquiries regarding our products and services, ensuring a smooth B2B experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth in a B2B environment and meeting targets.
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field with a focus on B2B processes.
  • Strong knowledge of business development and B2B sales growth strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for DPJ Hub and its potential for growth.

  • Experience in managing sales or marketing teams within a B2B context.
