Job Title: Business Development Manager

Objectives of This Role
- Develop, execute, and manage a business strategy that emphasizes growth and enhances customer satisfaction in the B2B sector.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Utilize financial analysis techniques to improve sales revenue and performance in B2B transactions.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Track all business-related invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Train and mentor sales professionals to enhance their skills and effectiveness in B2B interactions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive industry research to develop effective B2B sales solutions tailored to client needs.
- Promote DPJ Hub’s products and services to prospective business clients, highlighting their value and relevance.
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to provide updates to key stakeholders on B2B initiatives.
- Offer continuous, constructive feedback to sales team members to support their development in B2B contexts.
- Review sales contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards in B2B agreements.
- Engage with clients and promptly address inquiries regarding our products and services, ensuring a smooth B2B experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth in a B2B environment and meeting targets.
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field with a focus on B2B processes.
- Strong knowledge of business development and B2B sales growth strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
