Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive Intern to join our sales team. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in sales activities, and you will play a key part in achieving sales targets while developing essential skills in communication and customer engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Assist in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present relevant products/services.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Sales Support:
- Help the sales team prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales records and follow-ups.
- Sales Targets:
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor personal sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Sales Process Involvement:
- Learn the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Support senior sales executives during negotiations and contract discussions.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on competitors and market trends to provide insights for sales strategies.
- Gather client feedback to suggest improvements in sales tactics.
- Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics against targets.
- Provide insights on areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Presentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver presentations on sales progress and learnings.
- Maintain a log of all sales activities and experiences throughout the internship.
Performance Review and Job Offer:
- Performance will be reviewed every 3 months.
- A job offer may be extended based on your performance after the internship.
